NOT TEA'GATE

Here Adele is singing Hello and Not making tea (see previous post).  So, yeah, --we can always make course corrections.

(Needs more cowbell?)

TEA'GATE

Did you know Adele's in trouble (well, British trouble) for making her tea wrong?  Poor lass.  In her latest music video Hello, it "clearly shows Adele pouring the water into the cup and putting the teabag in second like some kind of monster."   story             I mean, I think she did fine but then again, I don't make the tea rules.  Anywho, personally I'm more obsessed with her gorge eyeliner.  If you care to see both the tea and eyes for yourself, the video's below.

GOOD MAKEUP

photo by The home of Fixers on Flickr

Paralyzed as a teen following a car crash, England native Jordan Bone found herself depressed, "which wasn't like me."  She was determined to turn that around, and found motivation in meditation videos on YouTube.  Bone is "paying it forward" with "her own motivational blog" and videos.  "My videos are about makeup, but they're also about positivity."     story

BODY COUNT

Shaun of the Dead clip for you.  Apropos for the weekend!  What's your zombie count?  I come up with 9, but this scene makes me so nervous I may be off!   The movie is great Halloween, British fun.  Plus you've got The Smiths in there, if that means anything to you like it does me.  Record it for Halloween and watch with the teens, or after the kiddos have gone to bed.  (And steal a couple of Reeses, will ya?)
