Attack on Americana!   In Studio City, California, "an elderly woman who lives in a home made famous by 'The Brady Bunch"  television show scared  "off burglars who targeted the house in the middle of the night."   Scary!  I don't know if Alice could have pulled this off?      story

WADDLE IMPROVED

Okay, the Craigslist sold printer story left a sour taste in your mouth, right?  I know.  Let's leave on a high note regarding printers, okay?  What if printers can make wittle ducky feet?  Feel better?
Using a 3D printer, Wisconsin middle school teacher Jason Jischke and his class, took "six weeks of trial and error," but were able to make prosthetic feet just right, for a duck that had lost its feet to frostbite.     story

The latest (greatest?) Star Wars: Force Awakens premiered Monday night.  A big deal, and around Hollywood "the movie was shown to VIP crowds in three separate theaters across L.A. . . " (story)  ---Original cast members were there, people are thrilled, and records will and are going to be broken.    Awakenings are exciting!

"Former USC [football] coach Steve Sarkisian filed a lawsuit against the university on Monday saying he was 'kicked to the curb' instead of being allowed to seek treatment for alcoholism."   Sarkisian was let go Oct. 12th, a big to-do if you remember.   USC was "profoundly disappointed in how Mr. Sarkisian has mischaracterized the facts . . . "      news

Paralyzed as a teen following a car crash, England native Jordan Bone found herself depressed, "which wasn't like me."  She was determined to turn that around, and found motivation in meditation videos on YouTube.  Bone is "paying it forward" with "her own motivational blog" and videos.  "My videos are about makeup, but they're also about positivity."     story
