HAPPY PLACE

I heard Prince on the radio today, while running errands.  In remembrance, and furthermore of George Harrison as well, here is a sweet performance for you.  Petty and Lynne too?  Icing on the cake.  Music makes me happy.  How about you?

SOLD!

Sell a printer on Craigslist, get $40, and then find yourself "liable for about $30,000 in damages."  (Because the buyer accuses you of false advertising and selling a "malfunctioning printer with missing parts.")   And pay a lawyer about $12,000 to dig out of the mess.  Or don't.  It's a crap-shoot.        story

THE ARTIST FORMERLY AND STILL KNOWN AS PRINCE

The talented Prince.  (His best song per me was Cream.)   57 is too young.

Besides his own music, "Prince was famous for having writing, instrumental, or production credits on other artists' albums."  Looking at deep cuts, BuzzFeed found a winner.   Maybe this will be in the news everywhere by tomorrow, but Prince wrote Donald Trump (Black Version) performed on a 1990 album by R&B/funk group, The Time.   (Called Morris Day and The Time by the time they were in the Prince film, Purple Rain.)    I mean, good stuff, right?

R.I.P. Prince Nelson.  Thanks for sharing your talent.
