It was La La Land producer Jordan Horowitz, who finally righted the goof-up wrongly announced Oscar award for Best Picture to La La Land.  On stage as some La La peers still celebrated  "Mr. Horowitz said — “There’s a mistake.  ‘Moonlight,’ you guys won best picture.”    Hey, you win some you lose some, right?  Sometimes within the same 5 minutes!    news

Poor babies in Los Angeles.  We still don't have Hamilton playing in our theaters!  Onward and upward.  Let's celebrate Presidents' Day nonetheless!   Really, officially George Washington's birthday.  Thank you, General Washington.  You'da man!    link

HAPPY NEW YEAR MARIAH LAID AN EGG

Mariah Carey's New Year's Eve performance Did go off with a hitch.  For minutes too long, she was unable to get the music out.  Was it that the lip-sync wasn't synced?  Her mike pack wasn't working?  Carey couldn't reach the notes?  I don't know, we don't know, but -- the show basically went on.  And so will 2017!     news
