Well, it's an interesting concept, but I'm not sure that a company that makes 'absorbent feminine pads" should take on a crusade to get chicks to man-up. Is the goal of the ad to sell more pads or not? Do the shareholders really want a social movement or just more profits? Perhaps it is just posturing as a means to draw new customers. All academic from my standpoint, because no matter how much I support the video's message, I'm not likely to need or buy a package of their product...
