The Chinese New Year started February 19th, and celebrations followed for many days after. It is the year of the sheep, ram, or goat, depending on translation - all of which mean, Party! The 116th Golden Dragon Parade in Los Angeles is one of the biggest of it's kind in the country.

I don't know if I totally believe the "everybody comes together" part? --but I sure do like it!
